US customs regulations hamper the shipping of goods to the USA from 26 August 2025, Swiss Post will temporarily be unable to accept any postal goods consignments to the USA. This is due to the US government’s new customs regulations, which affect all postal companies worldwide. Important alternatives remain in place: document and express consignments to the USA are still possible. Swiss Post is working on solutions to ensure goods consignments can be shipped again as soon as possible.
